How to Handle Victory
Hebrews 11:1New King James Version (NKJV)
By Faith We Understand
11 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
For many of us The Holy Spirit speaks to our hearts about the great and mighty things the Lord wants to do in us and through us and follow through the opportunities that are presented hoping and using our faith for the fruition of those, and hoping it is our time for the fulfillment of those great and mighty promises the Lord has given us...ending in disappointment.
Then we go through believing the Lord and asking Him to help us overcome those disappointments, still believing in His great and mighty promises. After awhile still hoping it is finally our time and our turn. Asking the Lord to help us to be gracious and receiving His grace, love and mercy to carry on. Thanking Him all the while for those He has raised up on our behalves who pray and encourage us, for which I am ever thankful.
This morn it was different, this morn, asking the Lord for His grace, believing for His mercy and dealing with the possibility of yet another disappointment, another obstacle, another unpleasant issue.
This morn the Lord started dealing with me and speaking to me about Victory, how to handle Victory, preparing me for Victory after going through and learning how to handle defeat and disappointment with a few victories here and there.
There are some that are unable to handle victory, who forget to be gracious and kind when they are on "top", when they forget the lessons that were learned. To take the time for those who are struggling with an issue.
I am so ever grateful to all those who have been rude, critical, and those who have rejected me because of those people I have asked the Lord to help me never be like that when His great and mighty promises have come into fruition and manifestation in my life.
I appreciate and adore those kind and gracious people He has brought into my life who have lifted me up spiritually, emotionally, physically, financially, who have loved me when I was unlovable, who saw me through God's eyes, who saw my worth and value and spoke that into my life, into my heart, who have befriended be and went to "bat" for me in the heavenlies. These precious people I am so ever thankful for, love and adore and lift them up to the Lord for He is good, His mercy endures forever.
Today is a new day of hope and as we prepare for great victory, and His fullness of joy, of believing on earth as it is in Heaven, believing His great and precious promises and going through to Victory for Victory is in my soul this day.
