Daniel 3: 16 and 17 What to do when you do not have a clear word from God and going into the fire Posted on 27 Oct 06:32 , 0 comments

Daniel 3:16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego answered and said to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. 17 If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king. 18 But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.” (NKJV)

These three young men did not have a clear Word from the Lord but they stood up and said No to sin and unrighteousness.  God did deliver them, but they did not not have a clear Word from God...

God is good and sometimes we go through things.  I do not like going through the "fire" who does.  Jesus even asked God to take this cup from HIm.

But for the joy set before Him endured the cross scorning its shame.

Hebrews 12:2 (NKJV)

looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

For the joy set before us endured...there is a time that we will come out of the wilderness and the fire into what I call our "place of blessing"

Father in Heaven,

We praise You and thank You for Your precious Word and precious promises...and we thank You, Holy Spirit for speaking to our hearts and minds and through Your Word..Lord Jesus, You are so worthy to be praised and we thank You for going to the cross and on the third day. Hallelujah, God the Father rose You from the dead and this is our victory...

Love and Appreciate you all,

Liz
